WORK EXPERIENCE Kiran Shoes Manufacturers June’05 – June’06 Largest Sports Shoes manufacturer in Nepal producing 3.5 million pairs per year.
- Assistant Manager, Accounts and Costing - Generation of monthly balance sheet and product costing. Contribution: formulated workers incentive scheme based on raw material
savings (instead of simple piece rate); resulted in lower costs (savings approximately NRs 30 million = US$ 400K per year). Elecom Group, Calcutta – Joint Family Business May’02 -March’05 A US$ 70 million group, operating from South Asia, Asia Pacific and Europe involved in manufacturing, trading, Corporate Financing, Software Development, and Aviation Supply. My
involvement was in the following divisions: Smitabh Intercon Limited – Manufacturer of customized plastic bags. Beauty Concepts Pvt Ltd – 2nd largest distributor of fragrances and cosmetics in India. Elecom Software Pvt Ltd – Developer of customized software and animation.
