Enrique Mu has graduated from the Katz doctoral program in April 2007 with a PhD in Information Systems. He also holds an MBA and an MS in MIS from Katz. He has extensive industry and international business experience in senior project management, managerial, technical and entrepreneurship positions. He also held the position of MIS program director at Katz while pursuing his doctoral studies. Enrique Mu has accepted a position as Chair of Information Technology Management at Carlow University beginning Fall 2007.

His research interests lie in the areas of IS management and decision making at both organizational and individual level. His work has been published in outlets such as the Journal of Electronic Commerce Research, Journal of System Science and Systems Engineering, International Journal of Decision Making in the Public Sector; and presented in the Hawaii International Conference on System Sciences (HICSS), the International Symposium on AHP Methodology, and the INFORMS International Conference for Multi-criteria Decision Making. Enrique Mu has taught courses in Information Systems, Telecommunications Management, and Decision Making at the undergraduate, graduate and executive level in the U.S. and internationally.

Prior to joining the academia, Enrique Mu spent many years in academic, managerial, and technical positions in the information technoloby and telecommunications industries. He has experience marketing and managing information systems and telecommunications projects internationally. He has held executive positions such as regional manager and Vice-President of the Latin American region for multinational companies.
