[edit] Plans, Next Steps
Develop a set of long term initiatives (2-3 years), short term projects (1 year), and immediate activities (next 1-6 months) to be undertaken. In addition to the contributing to the core mission of the workgroup, these initiatives and activities should be evaluated/justified in terms of their impact on the resources, reputation, and research environment of both the IS group and Katz level.
