An IS Project Manager plans, organizes, and controls analysis of computer system requirements and development of procedures for implementation, programming and/or maintenance of major computer systems. Coordinates efforts with other IS departments and users. Ensures project timelines and budgets are met. Usually requires a MIS degree and relevant experience with systems development and implemenation.

If you are interested IS Project Management positions you should consider to IS Management specialization within the MBA/MS-MIS Dual Degree (if you don't have an MBA) or MS-MIS Degree (if you have an MBA).
If you are in the MBA program one of the IS Concentrations will help prepare you for IS project management roles. However, you should keep in mind that most firms will want you to have some experience with IS development and implementation or specialized credentials in that area before moving you to project management roles.
