[edit] Adherence to Relevant University and School Privacy Policies
PittBusinessIS wiki will follow all relevant privacy and data control policies that have been enacted by the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business, and College of Business Administration.
[edit] Use of Names, Organization Affiliation, and Degree Program
Your name, organizational affiliations, and degree program affiliation may be used on the PittBusinessIS wiki website without explicit prior permission. This includes, but it not limited to inclusion in lists of students, faculty, and staff; description of projects and courses; and mention of individuals in other descriptions of Katz/CBA activities and acheivements.
[edit] Limited Use of Personal Contact information (Opt in)
Personal contact information, including (but not limited to) e-mail, phone numbers, and postal addresses will not be placed on the PittBusinessIS wiki website without your permission. If appropriate, you may be given the ability to add their own contact information in as secure a fashion as possible - thus constituting an opt in policy.
[edit] Use of Photographs (Limited opt out)
Photographs of events, meetings, or other activities may be used without explicit prior permission of participants as long as individuals are not identified by name.
Photographs of particular individuals outside of an event (i.e. portraits) or photographs in which individuals are identified by name may also be used on the PittBusinessIS wiki. However, if you wish to have identified pictures removed or have your name removed from a photograph description) contact the PBISwiki administrator.

While it is not possible for the PittBusinessWiki to maintain and manage a global opt-out list, we will work with individuals to respond to concerns on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to have any information about yourself removed or modified, including but not limited to your name, affiliations, contact information, or picture, please contact the PittBusinessIS wiki administrator.
