Rachel Chung conducts research in knowledge management and human-computer interaction. She is particularly interested in applying cognitive psychology theories and methodologies to understanding MIS research issues. Her work will appear in CACM and Omega, and is also currently under review at JMIS and JAIS. She has presented her research at several conferences and doctoral consortia.
