Why call these assignments? That firmly places them in a "school" context.

It would make more sense to provide links and labels that positioned them a useful documents (i.e. examples of your work or more information about your professional background, etc.).

Do you really want an employer knowing and subsequently considering your age during the hiring process? Also, are hobbies and activities part of professional profile?
