Minimum qualifications for a Technology Consultant/ Senior Consultant include:

  • A technical background (from undergraduate degree or prior work experience) with an MBA degree(minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA)
  • Three to five years experience, with one to two years experience in roles that have used technology as an business enabler (a minimum of four years of work experience is a prerequisite for the Senior Consultant role)
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A willingness to travel to client locations

Candidates with experience in at least one of the following areas are preferred:

  • IT Strategy and Effectiveness – Delivering IT strategies and business cases driven both from top down business strategies and bottom up through technology capability analysis.
  • Enterprise Business Transformation – Designing and implementing packaged software solutions, such as SAP and Oracle, to support Finance Transformation, Supply Chain Transformation, and Customer Transformation to improve business process, operating performance, and improve management effectiveness.
  • Technology Innovation - Leveraging emerging technologies (wireless, sensors, narrow-casting, video, RFID, smart displays, etc.) to create new business models and strategies for revenue enhancement and cost effectiveness.
  • Enterprise Architecture - Delivering both the blueprinting and capabilities required to effectively deliver IT capabilities within an organization.
  • Custom Development – Delivering custom solutions to meet the unique business needs of the organization.
